Quitting smoking is difficult for many people and decades ago when the dangers first became known, people have been struggling to find a way to quit.  Quit smoking remedies have been designed since then that are supposed to help people quit.  A couple of these inventions are patches and gum.  The patches deliver a timed release of nicotine to your body and the gum does the same as well as keeps your brain busy while chewing.
